Erratum 6/14
In Clinical Updates and Women's Health Care: Vulvar Disorders, Volume VIII, Number 2, April 2009, page 37, " and immunocompetent" should be added at the end of this sentence: "Uncomplicated vulvovaginal candidiasis is defined by sporadic or infrequent occurrence, is of mild to moderate intensity, is most likely secondary to infection with C albicans, and involves women who are immunocompromised."

On page 90, Table 8. Typical Features of Vaginitis
The pH level for "Candidiasis" has been changed from "greater than 4.5" to "less than 4.5"
